Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice
Last updated: June 17, 2026. This notice explains how MIST (Vector Latte Studio LLC) handles wellness-related information, in addition to our Privacy Policy. It is provided because some U.S. state laws — such as Washington’s My Health My Data Act, and laws in Nevada and Connecticut — treat this kind of information as “consumer health data.”
What we mean by wellness information
Mood check-ins, journal entries, conversations with your Guide, the practices you do, and related activity you create in MIST.
How we use it
To provide the features you use (your Library, personalized suggestions, your Guide’s responses) and to keep the Service working. We process some of this with third-party AI providers solely to generate responses for you. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of providers and purposes.
What we do NOT do
We do not sell your wellness information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not send your journal, mood, chat, or reflection content to our product-analytics tools.
First-party quality review
Anonymized chat transcripts with no personal identifiers may be randomly reviewed by our team for product safety and quality improvement. These are reviewed only by MIST and are not shared with third parties for this purpose.
Your choices and rights
You can clear your saved data or delete your account at any time in the app. Where required by law, you may request access, correction, or deletion, and may appeal a decision. We honor recognized opt-out signals where applicable. To exercise any right, contact privacy@vectorlatte.com.
Retention
We keep your information while your account is active and delete or de-identify it on request or after a period of inactivity; backups age out on a defined cycle. Genuinely de-identified or aggregated information may be retained for product improvement.
